AdMob closes $15m second round funding

AdMob, the mobile advertising company which recently served its 1.6 billionth advert, has closed $15 million in series B funding.

The financing round was lead by Accel Partners but Sequoia Capital, a previous investor, participating as well. The funds will be used to develop the companies advertising solutions.
