Amazingly China Mobile has more subscribers than there are people in the US.
Figures show that the worlds largest network had 301.2 million subscribers at the end of last year while the population of the United States stood at just 300.9 million.
The increased subscriber figures have been put down to lower handset and contract costs as well as increasing wealth in the country.
India is the only country to rival China with 149.5 million subscribers. The subscriber numbers are increasing faster in India than anywhere else in the world with 6 million new customers every month.
