With all the fuss about the iPhone a few people have overlooked other phones that already look like the iPhone and have similar features.
One such device is the LG KE 850 with its touch sensitive colour screen, minimalist design and nice features.
The only thing that’s different is the fact Apple will sell 10 times as many units as LG.

That, and the reality that the iPhone automatically syncs and interfaces with Apple’s iLife suite of software + iTunes on Macs and Win PC’s. Minor thing to an LG fanboy, I know, but important to maybe a few million other people? Probably.
That’s an amazing similar looking product to the iPhone. I’m sure it does not have as rich an OS and bundled software though. It also looks like it is much smaller than an iPhone.
