LG Shine

The sucessor to the amazing LG Chocolate the Shine is one of the most stunning phones of 2007. With a 2 mega pixel digital camera and shiny stainless steel casing with mirror finish screen this phone is selling very quickly.

Our LG Shine Review

LG ShineLG has had huge success with the Chocolate and has gained a reputation of offering stylish and well designed mobile phones that are seen as fashion items.

The new LG Shine has taken inspiration from the Chocolate and uses a shiny metal to create a reflective casing. Whilst the Chocolate had touch sensitive invisible buttons the Shine has a more traditional interface. The 2.2 inch colour screen has a mirrored finish when it’s not in use which will no doubt appeal to a lot of girls. A 2 megapixel digital camera is included although the Shine isn’t marketed at the camera phone market.

A unique feature is the roller interface beneath the screen which allows you to navigate the menu easily. Buttons at either side of the scroll wheel also control the menu.

Open the handset using the slider mechanism and you see a neat keyboard which has been influenced by the Chocolate. The keypad lights up like on the Moto RAZR and looks great in the dark.

With a much higher specification than the LG Chocolate the Shine is set to rival the Chocolate Platinum as the top selling LG phone of 2007.
