A website set up by a disgruntled Wanadoo customer is being re-branded to target the proposed Orange broadband service which will launch later this year.
Wanadooproblems.co.uk was set up by a broadband user who was left without broadband for weeks after a mistake by Wanadoo. The site is to change its name to orangeproblems.co.uk in time for the re-branding of Wanadoo to Orange at the end of this month.
Wanadoo and Orange are both owned by France Telecom.
Orange are understood to be offering a service like the Carphone Warehouse launched recently but with more strings attached. It’s likely that Orange subscribers and people who do not wish to use or install a BT phone line will benefit highly.
