Nokia has today released the first details on the 6110, an advanced mobile phone with GPS and navigation software.
The Nokia 6110 Navigator is a full personal navigation system with maps, route planner and a host of applications to search for nearby places and destinations. Nokia have made the 6110 so good that you can use it as a full sat nav system for your car.
Expected to ship before the summer and with a competitive price point the 6110 is designed to be the first mass market GPS phone.
Featuring full turn-by-turn 3D navigation, the Nokia 6110 Navigator suggests the best route to follow to reach a location by car or on foot. Clear instructions by voice guidance and turn arrows on a map ensure finding the fastest way to the destination.

Out of the box the Nokia 6110 will include a map of your local country but more maps and travel guides can be installed using the Nokia Map Manager application that is included.
As well as the mapping features the 6110 is a great multimedia handset with HSDPA internet connection and advanced email application with a function to read your messages aloud to you. A 2 mega pixel camera with large 16 million colour screen is included for high quality snaps.
