Photos of the Samsung SCH U740 are circulating at CES. The U740 is similar to the D307 and features a 1.3 mega pixel camera and full QWERTY keyboard with improved navigation controls.
The screen can be swapped from portrait to landscape mode and is expected to offer support for the V Cast mobile TV service launched by Verizon Wireless.
